Q: I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?
A: Click the 'Forgot Password' option on the Login page. Enter your Username in the field provided and click 'Submit'. Answer your security question and click 'Submit'. Your password will be sent to you via e-mail. If you do not receive your password within 1 hour, please contact our Production Support team.
Q: I have forgotten my Username, how can I get it?
A: Click the 'Forgot Username' option from the Login page. Enter your email address in the field provided. Your Username will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive your Username within 1 hour, please contact our Production Support team.
Q: How often is the Agent Website Updated?
A: The Agent Website is updated on a nightly basis. Any information that was entered at our Home Office today will be available tomorrow morning.
Q: The Agent Website is showing incorrect data, who should I contact?
A: The Agent Website receives all of its information directly from the main system. If you believe some information is not correct, please contact the appropriate business unit for assistance. For example, if you discover an issue with a commission amount, please contact our Commissions Department.
